Workout 2011: What to do when you're sick

I'm coughing, have a runny nose and am feeling run down. On days like this, I try to take the time to recover. I drink extra water, fruit juices, gatorade... keep hydrated all around. Also get plenty of rest. Otherwise, you'll drag out the sickness and will have more days with bad workouts.
